Hello I am Jenna. An Abstract artist from the UK, represented by Broadway Contemporary Art in Broadway, Cotswolds.

I live with my husband in Warwick, England. I grew up in a small Market town called Wetherby, in Yorkshire, (I love Yorkshire tea).

Creativity has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. My mum always used to sit and do crafts with my brother, sister and me. I studied art through to A-levels before taking a different path to study childcare and later complete a degree in Psychology.

Art however, has always remained at the heart of who I am. Whether through makeup artistry, creating arts & crafts with children in schools, or now through my colourful abstracts, creativity has always found it’s way back into my life. My Granddad was an incredible oil painter and my sister is an illustrator, so I guess you can say art runs in my family.

After navigating a significant health journey with Fibromyalgia & Chronic fatigue, I figured out what was actually important to me and began to create a life that I feel in alignment with.  I started rebuilding my life around core values - with art and healing at the centre of that. Regaining the strength to paint again gave me renewed purpose, motivation and a deep sense of alignment.

In the spring of 2019, I discovered alcohol inks and instantly fell in love with the medium. They taught me a lot about letting go of perfectionism and helped me to go with the flow (literally). Art became deeply therapeutic for me - a form of meditation and healing.

Alongside my fluid pieces, I recently delved into the world of shell art & created the ‘Mango Tides’ collection, inspired by my love of the ocean, the energy of island living & the vibrant colours of the reef. This collection holds onto that feeling of sun drenched days, salty air, tropical destinations and neon sunsets. Every shell is hand painted, every starfish scattered by hand & every piece holds a little piece of paradise.

My work is deeply inspired by the beauty of nature, especially the ocean, flowers, the seasons and crystals. I love to surround myself in nature and find it to be very restorative. Nature offers us a soulful retreat and teaches us to slow down, be present and listen to what our soul needs.

I create intuitively with no fixed plan or outcome, allowing each piece to evolve naturally into something magical and unique

My hope is that when you step into my work, you feel something lift. A pause, a breath, a little spark of happiness that stays with you.
